Paneer Tikka and Spicy Barbecued Paneer Skewers

Paneer Tikka - making 6 skewers
2 x 250 block of paneer cheese
1 medium red pepper , cut into 6 pieces chunky
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 6 pieces chunky
1 medium onion, cut into 6 wedges

Seasoning:

2-3 green chilies, seeds left in
4-8 cloves of garlic

1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp plain yogurt live
100ml sunflower oil

To make the way smooth chopping chilies and garlic then tip into a large bowl and add the other seasoning blends . After the chopped peppers and onions, stir to coat, then cover and leave in the fridge for one night.

After that make some skewers with 3 pieces of cheese separated by pieces of pepper and onion. Cook the skewers on a hot barbecue for 20 minutes, until slightly charred, turning every 4-5 minutes.
