Salmon Citrusy with Pak Choi

Good morning ... after a holiday yesterday we relax the nerves in our body all the way rested your home or maybe there is a walk with the family. To complete happiness this time I will give one of the recipes are quite tasty and healthy, which is good for our family meal is citrusy salmon with garlic pak choi.

Here's the recipe...
  • Olive oil
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 orange juices
  • Juice of 1 lemon, grated zest and 2 tsp
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 500g pak choi stems Quartered
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan / gas 6.


Line a baking tray with kitchen foil.

Heat some olive oil in a small pan, add the onion and one clove of garlic, and cook for about 5 minutes or until tender.

Add orange and lemon juice and lime seasoning, then simmer until reduced by half. Season.
Meanwhile, place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Heat a splash of olive oil in another pan, add the pak choi and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add remaining garlic, soy sauce and honey, and continue to cook for another couple minutes.


Serve salmon with pak choi and sauce drizzled over with a complementary drink is wine. There are several styles that are lighter white wine with salmon J
