Italian Panforte

... in the summer time it seems like we need to make a tasty meal for your
beloved family snacks. On this occasion we will provide enough food recipes
tongue teasing us that Panforte. The food that we can make this one with a

- 2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- 125 grams of wheat flour
- 150 grams of pure honey
- 150 grams of brown sugar
Before starting
to make, there are some materials that should be processed first is briefly
roasted sunflower seeds, to slightly crunchy and roasted pine nuts also to
taste more delicious. Then we started making panforte in the following ways:
- Cover a baking tray and side sections with a medium-size, rectangular or months with baking paper
- Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes hazelnuts, almonds and sunflower seeds that have been coarsely ground
- Combine with candied dried fruit that consists of raisins, sultanas, and sukade, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and wheat
- Heat the honey and sugar in a saucepan until melted, then add the other dry ingredients until evenly distributed. Put into the pan, press and place another baking sheet on top with a pressed gently
- After that just baked in the oven with a temperature of approximately 150 C for 30 minutes. Wait until completely cool before we cut it, then can be stored in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
