- 2 salmon filets, c. 125g each
- 1 tablespoon wasabi paste
- half a cucumber
- 1 small red chilli, cut into rings
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar gold
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tsp poppyseeds

Rub salmon all over with a tiny bit of oil and then the wasabi paste.
Split the cucumber in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Large diagonal cut into pieces and put into a bowl. Add chili, rice vinegar, salt, sugar, poppyseeds and a little pepper.
