Limoncello
Good
day .... sunny in the morning we will provide dessert recipes that is delicious
and tasty Limoncello. Eat this one so favors when we serve in cold conditions.
The following materials can be used to make
Limoncello
recipe for 6 servings
- 3 oranges
- 75ml Limoncello
- 100g sponge finger
- 250g marscapone
- 2 heaped tablespoons icing sugar
- Milk 100ml semi-scheme
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 punnet seasonal fruit, we use raspberry
How
to make it not so hard jg namely:
In
good meal portion size (it should match your finger sponge layer) squeeze the
juice from the orange. Limoncello and stir in sweet taste to examine and
alcohol; adjust if necessary. Layer of sponge fingers in the food dish - they
will soak up all the juices.
Install
marscapone and icing sugar into a separate bowl with milk. Lemon zest and add
marscapone and squeeze the water from half a lemon. Add the vanilla extract and
beat well. Apply this mixture over the sponge finger, on the berries and shaved
chocolate on top. Chill until you are ready to eat.
We
used the Sicilian Limoncello Carlo Pellegrino because it has a good balance of
freshness and acidity that is not too sweet and sickly. Also good served ice
cold from the freezer. Good try J
