Salt Chilli Squid
Morning
buddy .. This time I will give you back recipes tasty and fresh food that comes
from animals that are so tempting that sea squid. During this probably has a
lot of well-known types of processed foods squid, and this one is Salt Chilli Squid.
Wine
suggestion: A crisp, white light to medium bodied with good fruit worked a
treat here, but make sure it is not bone dry you need to balance the chili . We
suggest either good Albarino / Alvarinho [ we drink Soalheiro Alvarinho from
Portugal ) that complements the salty taste or a dry German Riesling from a
good manufacturer like Leitz in the Rheingau, Nahe or Dönnhoff in which will
bring a good level of fruit and dryness . It's really with acidity to balance
the fruit as opposed to the perception of Australian Riesling really bone dry
and will fight with chili.

the following materials can be used to make Chilli Salt Squid for 2 servings. Please
